Dr. Victor brings over 15 years of experience navigating Colorado’s talent development landscape—working across school districts, the Colorado Department of Higher Education, the Colorado Workforce Development Council, and the Colorado Community College System. Dr. Victor is known for distilling complex data into clear, compelling insights that resonate with both technical and non-technical audiences. 

A self-proclaimed data detective, she thrives on uncovering patterns, asking the right questions, and helping stakeholders make sense of the story behind the numbers—whether they’re deep in the data or new to it.

Dr. Victor earned a PhD in Higher Education from the University of Denver, a master’s in Education from the University of Washington, and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan. She is Founder and Principal Consultant of Leventure Consulting. Based in Colorado, she shares her adventures with her husband and son—and when she’s not cracking data cases, you’ll likely find her in a yoga studio, wandering the botanic gardens, or planning her next travel escape.
