As the Founder and Principal Consultant of Innovate Work Consulting, Abby is known for her customer-centered approach that cuts through the complexity to create solutions that actually work for real people.

Abby thrives on asking "why" before jumping to answers, bringing together unlikely partners, and turning strategic conversations into actionable plans—whether facilitating regional summits or coaching teams through change management. Abby enjoys creating user-friendly tools and resources to support staff in implementation; bringing ideas to life. 

Based in Loveland, Colorado, she's passionate about helping people discover opportunities to align systems, clarify pathways to success, and pivot from processes that aren’t working. When she’s not connecting dots, you’ll likely find her socializing, listening to a book, or driving her daughters to dance class.

Abby earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Missouri, is trained in Talent Pipeline Management, and is a certified DiSC Assessment facilitator.
